Can my customer get a refund? 

There are no refunds!  These are custom shoes made to order! Please confirm 

your order before placing 

 

What if my sandals don’t fit? Do these sandals run big or small? 

These sandals are made for men.  The best way to order your samples is by using 

the size conversion chart.  Remember these are sandals so your toes and heels 

will be exposed!

 

Can we change design or cancel an order after the account has been approved?

No.  Once your order is approved there are no refunds and no cancellations!
