We know you’re excited and want to know more. That’s why we’ve provided answers to those questions we’ve heard most.

 

How much are the shoes?

You determine the retail price for every fundraising campaign you open.   Each style has a minimum price and our calculator will instantly allow you to see how much your campaign raises based on the sale price and total sales goal you set.

 

Is there a minimum order?  How many do we have to buy?

Yes, there is only a 100 pair minimum order.  Whereas, generally shoes like these require a 2000 pair minimum, yours will be custom made for just 100 pairs.  On top of that the 100 pairs can be assorted sizes!

Can the assorted sizes be both youth and adult sizes.

No.  You must order 100 pairs in each category.   Again, the sizes can vary within each category.

Is there an investment or upfront fee required?

No.  There is no need to purchase inventory or pay unnecessary setup fees.  



 

What if my campaign does not meet the 100 pair minimum order requirement?

Orders less than 100 pairs are not accepted.  The credit card for those customers who placed an order will not be charged.  Your campaign site has a real time status that allows anyone to see the goal, number of pairs sold, and time left before campaign ends.   

 

Can anyone sign our school up?

Yes, it is suggested to coordinate with school administrators so the entire student body, alumni, and community is involved.

 

How long does it take for the shoes to arrive?

10-12 weeks after your order has been placed.  Orders placed during the month of February will be estimated at longer production time.  These shoes are manufactured just like brand name designers. You should expect the same shipment process and the same quality.

 

Do you accept POs (purchase orders)?  What are your terms?

No, we do not accept purchase orders.  We accept all major credit cards.

 

Can my customer get a refund?

There are no refunds!  Please confirm your order before placing.  These are custom shoes made to order! However, we will gladly replace or exchange any unworn shoes that may be defect.  All discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving order. Please see our refund/return policy.


 

What if my shoes don’t fit?  Do these shoes run big or small?

The best way to order your shoes is by using the size conversion chart.  Remember, there is no refund. Exchanges for other sizes may be granted and is based on stock availability.


 

Can we change design or cancel an order after the campaign has been begun?

Yes, you can manage your account by simply loggin in.  However, once your campaign has ended and been submitted to us, changes or cancellations ARE NOT be accepted.

 

How much do we earn for selling?

You get to set your own profit margin!  That’s correct! You are asked to determine your retail price.  After doing so, you can then use our calculator to see how much your overall campaign earns once it has ended.

 

How long should our fundraising campaign last?

You can set your campaign time to any length, however, 2 weeks is the time suggested to take orders!  Get everyone involved! Everyone in this case means everyone: the student body, the booster club, the alumni association, the entire community.  Use your school’s social media pages to spread the word and encourage the entire student body to do the same.

 


 

Can we reorder if needed?

Yes, however the minimum is 100 pairs.  Again, these are produced by factories so the best suggestion is to order additional pairs in each size should you want to sell at a later date.

 

When do we get paid for selling?

You will receive your earnings within 30 days after your shoes are received.  All payments are made via PayPal or checks mailed directly.

 

Are the sandals like the flip-flop styles other fundraising companies sell?

No, THESE ARE NOT FLIP-FLOPS and no, these are not the inexpensive screen printed styles offered by most fundraising companies.   Our shoes are produced by the same factories of major brand name companies!

 

Can we have more than one campaign?  We have another group that also wants to design and sell their own?

Certainly!  You can launch as many campaigns as you want, however, for maximum fundraising results it is not suggested to run multiple campaigns during the same year.  The most successful campaigns are those held once a year and have everyone involved, i.e. student body, booster/pep club, teams, faculty, etc. Perhaps your group can partner with another then share the proceeds?   



 

Can I get a sample shoe for display?

No.  Again, these shoes are made in factories that generally require 2000-5000 pair minimum.  Artwork that require specific color matching, it is suggested using CMYK COLOR STANDARDS when submitting design.  Please email our graphics team at graphics@yourschoolshoes.com  should you need assistance.
