Shipment/Delivery Times

 

Yourschoolshoes.com orders are generally delivered within 8-10 weeks.

All orders will arrive at the school and will be distributed by the person who 

collected the money or other person assigned by the fundraising campaign’s 

coordinator. Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons. Orders 

taken during the month of February are subject to longer production time.

Returns Policy and Limited Warranty

At yourschoolshoes.com we are excellence driven!

We do not offer refunds! These custom shoes are made to order! We will 

offer exchanges or replacements in the event of a defective shoe. All claims 

must be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of orders. Exchanges and 

replacements will be at the sole discretion of our administration personnel. 

Schools enacting a refund policy will do so independent of 

yourschoolshoes.com or its’ affiliate and thereby doing so does not hold 

yourschoolshoes.com or its’ affiliate liable.

Payment and Shipping Policies

 

Yourschoolshoes.com accepts online or telephone payment by Discover, 

Visa, Master Card and American Express credit card. We also accept PayPal. 

Please submit accurate credit information. The billing address you enter must 

match the address your credit company has on file. Your order will not be 

processed without good credit information. All payments sent electronically 

are securely transmitted.

 

For standard orders, we expect your order to be delivered to you in 

approximately 8-10 weeks days. We ship via USPS, UPS, FEDEX from our 

Peoria, Illinois location.

You must provide a shipping address in standard U.S. mail postal address 

format (no PO boxes). Please be sure to give us your full school name, your 

full name, full street number, full street name, city, state, province, country and 

zip (postal) code.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete 

shipping addresses.

 

 

Order Change and Reorder Policies

 

Once your order has been approved changes are not allowed. There are no 

refunds or cancellations once your order has been approved!! 

Reorders are permitted. The minimum reorder quantity is 100 pairs.
